I hadn't had Panera in a long while. A lot of times when I get their Mozzarella basil panini, it gets cooked a bit too long and is a hard rock of teeth-shattering bread, but this time it was perfect. I also tried their Mac and Cheese for the first time and Wow! was that amazing.
