My sim Janessa got pregnant while on "birth control" and, even though I tried to make a miscarriage happen "naturally" by letting her Hunger and Energy bars go down, she was definitely going to give birth, so I forced a game miscarriage. I use this option rarely because, if I'm honest with myself, if I really didn't want a sim to get pregnant, I could either let them go without or use the "No Fail Birth Control" option to the pregnancy hack. Even though it's a sim, it still feels very, very wrong.
